the surroundings might have seemed nice, but breakfast was an absolute disaster! they said they close at 8, yet some guests were already eating! how rude. also, the payment options were totally unreliable, not what you'd expect for a place like this. i was hopeing for a complimentary gesture of some kind but nothing. unbelievable.

Unique Family Rooms, Perfect Location for Butrint Visits, Charming Garden for Dining
Understaffed environment leading to long waits for service!!! Poor communication regarding transport arrangements left much to be desired!!! The cleanliness standards in common areas were underwhelming and could definitely use some serious scrutiny!!!

A beautiful stay with a spacious room and lovely gardens around perfect for breakfast. The location offers easy access to archaeological wonders nearby, enhancing the exploration experience. While the food was good, the breakfast options felt a bit limited, with occasional bustling crowds during meal times affecting the dining atmosphere. It would be great to improve meal variety to match the stunning setting and ambiance.

Just a suitable option for a swift stopover in Ksamil with fantastic value for money. The fresh bread served at breakfast was a highlight, even if the choices were limited. Consider pre-ordering meals if dining during busy times.
